Integrative Restoration, or iRest, is a transformative meditative practice derived from the ancient teachings of Yoga Nidra.  This practice helps guide the student to psychological, physical and spiritual healing. The ultimate design of iRest is to help us live contented lives, free from conflict, anxiety, fear and suffering.

iRest is integrative in that it heals traumas that are present in the body, mind and senses; its restorative in that it helps the practitioner to recognize underlying ground of being- their true nature.
