This class will be a gentle class for postnatal moms.  You will begin to regain strength and build a bond with your baby as you flow through poses with your little one on the mat.  You will also learn relaxation through yoga, which every new mom could use!!

We will warm up, then move through some standing poses then end with seated stretches and finally a guided relaxation.  Some poses will include your baby and others will have your beautiful baby laying on the the mat looking on.  All will encourage bonding and a greater connection with you and your little one.

This class will be for children 0 -12 months and 12+ months if mother and child have practiced mommy and me or any type of meditation, breath work or relaxation techniques.

So come in and take a break from mommy-hood and enjoy!!!

Start your day with a challenging yoga practice(for those with some experience).  The ten sun salutations will be followed by the standing Primary Ashtanga practice, the modified sitting practice and closing postures.  All asanas will be called out.  The importance of breathing slowly and fully will be emphasized as we see the breath’s relationship to joy, peace and awareness.

Open Community Practice is not a class, it is a facilitated routine open for anyone to drop in.

Restorative Yoga to relax and renovate!

Classes consist of a sequence of supported yoga and breathing techniques which allow a deep physical stretch, while bringing stillness to the body, and quietness to the mind without effort.  Postures are held, without muscle tension, for longer periods of time using blankets, bolsters, and other props to enhance the work of gravity.  Therapeutic aspects of yoga are emphasized to allow the body to move toward optimal alignment.  Each class will target an individual aspect of the body as well as create overall well being.

Restorative yoga is absolutely perfect for everyone at every level.
