Restorative Yoga for the month of December:
Restorative Yoga takes a yoga pose (asana) and enhances it fully with supportive props allowing for deep relaxation without effort while receiving the maximum benefits of that pose. Nourish your body and soothe your mind with guided meditations for each pose.

The goal of yoga practice is not to become a pretzel, but instead to become a more supple, stronger and balanced both on and off the mat. In this class you will explore the world of yoga as you breathe, move and align your way to better health.
This class is designed specifically for active seniors. If you walk, run, play tennis, golf, bike, swim or are generally active on a regular basis, this class is for you.
