Vinyasa flow is the synchronization of breath with movement. This vigorous style of hatha yoga builds internal heat, endurance and strength. We'll move dynamically into poses with each inhalation/exhalation to create a moving meditation. We'll study sun salutations A, B and C, as well as some other creative vinyasa flows.
