Yoga Evolve is an intermediate level class designed to further develop your balance, improve flexibility and build strength, particularly throughout your upper body and core.

The class environment is fun and relaxed as students "evolve" their yoga practice, transitioning into more challenging poses.  Once a particular pose is accessible then the student progresses to increasingly more subtle explorations of the pose, and so the journey goes ever inward.

This class will be a gentle class for postnatal moms.  You will begin to regain strength and build a bond with your baby as you flow through poses with your little one on the mat.  You will also learn relaxation through yoga, which every new mom could use!!

We will warm up, then move through some standing poses then end with seated stretches and finally a guided relaxation.  Some poses will include your baby and others will have your beautiful baby laying on the the mat looking on.  All will encourage bonding and a greater connection with you and your little one.

This class will be for children 0 -12 months and 12+ months if mother and child have practiced mommy and me or any type of meditation, breath work or relaxation techniques.

So come in and take a break from mommy-hood and enjoy!!!

This class will be a gentle class for prenatal women.  In this class you will move through gentle poses that encourage relaxation as well as strength for the demands of pregnancy.  We will learn to breathe and bring awareness to the changing body during pregnancy.  This class if for all levels and through each pose we develop a deep bond between you and your baby.  Take the time for yourself to unwind and connect with your baby.

Vinyasa flow is the synchronization of breath with movement. This vigorous style of hatha yoga builds internal heat, endurance and strength.

We'll move dynamically into poses with each inhalation/exhalation to create a moving meditation. We'll study sun salutations A, B and C, as well as some other creative vinyasa flows.

This class is for students with some yoga experience.
