- Peace Meditation -

Research shows that a regular practice
of meditation can reduce many forms
of stress and illness.

This basic sitting practice of watching the breath is fundamental
to many traditions of meditation. Volunteers who are well
educated in the art of meditation will lead with brief instruction,
followed by 10 minute intervals of silent meditation. Chairs and
mats are available, or bring your own cushion.

please feel to join us as we explore this healing art .
