Directions
From I 87 - Northway
To the end of the Northway go right onto Western Avenue. ( aka Route 20 )
Follow Western past Crossgates Mall
Continue west, Crossing over Rt. 155 and passing 20 Mall
Continue aprox. 3 miles to Route 146 ( Left Turn ) towards Altamont
Follow Rt. 146 for 3 .5 miles.
At traffic light, turn right into Park Guilderland Plaza.
Orenda Yoga Studio is in the strip mall on the right.
